Check your specific job
The job-status endpoint is the source for an individual video’s progress and outcome. A slow job is not, by itself, evidence of a system-wide incident.
Troubleshoot a request

| Cannot authenticate | Check the key and active subscription. |
| Validation error | Read the structured error and correct the brief. |
| Video still processing | Keep its job ID and resume status checks. |
| Failed video | Save the returned error and check credit reconciliation. |
| Repeated service errors | Contact support with the approximate time, job ID and error code. |
