Webhooks and callbacks
Use job-status polling for completion updates in the current public API.
Customer-configurable callback webhooks are not available. The public create route discards legacy webhook and webhookkey fields; they do not register a callback.
Use a polling worker
- Create the video once and persist its job ID.
- Place the ID in your application’s job queue.
- Have a worker call the status endpoint periodically.
- When completed or failed, update your record and notify your application.
- Record that final outcome so your own downstream notification is delivered once.
If your system needs a webhook
Your polling worker can send a webhook to your own application after observing completion. Sign and verify that message using your own established webhook mechanism. This is an adapter you operate, not a JEMSU callback service.
Timeouts
A polling timeout is not proof that generation failed. Preserve the job ID, resume status checks later and avoid submitting a duplicate video.
