Public series + FanFuel

Fans donate toward the episode price you choose. Once that target is reached, the episode is generated and published on your fixed or dynamic schedule. Episode price minus credit cost is your profit.

Illustrative calculator, not an earnings forecast or payout quote. Assumes each counted episode is fully funded at your chosen price and uses the same credit cost. Other business expenses and taxes are not included.

The starting example is $25 − $10 = $15 per episode; 12 funded episodes × $15 = $180. Enable JavaScript to change the calculation.

A world worth coming back to.

Give your audience a clear reason to watch, follow and support the next release.

Create your Autonomous Series

Build the premise and creative direction. Reuse persistent characters, environments and objects so each episode belongs to the same world.

Make a trailer

Show people what they can look forward to. Introduce the world and the reason your series is worth following.

Set length, price and frequency

Choose episode length, check its credit cost and set your episode price. Then choose fixed or dynamic generation and publishing.

A rhythm your fans can support.

Keep a regular release schedule or let funding determine when the next episode is created.

Fixed schedule

Choose the publishing days and a fixed time. Episodes follow the schedule you set. For a public FanFuel series, reaching the episode price funds an episode for that schedule.

Dynamic schedule

Generation and publishing run automatically as the FanFuel balance reaches your episode price, within the frequency limits. Fan support can bring the next episode forward.

1 / monthMinimum generation and publishing frequency.
3 / dayMaximum generation and publishing frequency.
Every 8 hoursWhen funding exceeds three episodes per day, releases are spaced eight hours apart.

Your private series.
Your subscription price.

Private series are not published to social networks. Offer free access, or set a paid subscription price. You receive 90% of subscription revenue after the 10% platform and processing fee.

The price per subscriber for your chosen billing period.
Use the number of subscribers paying in that same period.
Platform & processing fee · 10%$100.00
Your share · 90%$900.00

Your share is subscription revenue after the 10% fee, before generation credits, other business expenses and taxes. This example does not assume a particular subscription billing interval.

The starting example is 100 subscribers × $10 = $1,000. The 10% fee is $100; your share is $900 before credit costs and other expenses.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Who sets the episode price?

You do. The episode price is the total amount of FanFuel needed to fund an episode. It is separate from the generation credit cost.

What is paid out to the creator?

For a funded public FanFuel episode, the difference between the episode price and the credit cost is creator profit paid out to you. This page does not specify a payout date or minimum withdrawal amount.

Is 90% of subscription revenue the same as profit?

It is your share after the 10% platform and processing fee. Subtract generation credits and any other expenses to calculate profit.

Does autonomous creation guarantee earnings?

No. Your results depend on audience support, subscriber demand, your pricing and production costs. The calculators show how the math works using the values you enter.

What if I price an episode below its credit cost?

The difference is negative. Set your episode price above its credit cost if you want a positive creator margin.
